Why Can't I Use Jio Service on Adcom A-400i Mobile?
Adcom A-400i does not even support 3G network. Comes with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system. In order to use jio SIM, your phone must meet the following requirements:
- 4G, LTE
- VoLTE supported phone
- Requires Android Version 4.0.3 and up (Adcom A-400i is Android 4.0 and it may not support Myjio app)
Hence, you will not be able to use Adcom A-400i mobile with jio sim.
Alternatively, you may buy a JioFi device. This device will help you to use jio service. All you need to do is enable the WiFi on your Adcom A-400i thunder mobile and start using the service.
