Reliance Jio launched its Summer Surprise Offer on March 31, 2017. Nobody expected the offer and everyone was thinking, Jio will be completely paid service.
Actually the three months complimentary service is not free. You are indirectly spending Rs.83.75 every month if you subscribe for the Rs.303 plan. Free is something where you will get without spending any money. It is only the first 6 months offer (Welcome offer and Happy New Year Offer). It is completely free. Whereas the prime offer is not.
It is actually a giveaway. If you buy a Rs.303 or Rs.499 plan, you will get the same offer three times. Let us say, you are recharging your service for Rs.303 plan to get 28 GB data for 28 days.
So, you are actually spending Rs.303 for four months service. You will end up spending Rs.75.75 every per month. If you include Rs.99 prime membership fee too, then your monthly amount spent for jio service is:

Can I Get Prime Membership For Free?
While there is not official announcement stating free prime membership, there is a workaround that will help you to recover the Rs.99 back to your allet in the form of cashback.In order to avail the cashback offer, the jio customer must recharge for prime membership using JioMoney App.
The Rs.50 cashback will be available under the Offers section of Jio money App. You can use the cash back for your next Rs.303 or above recharge. You will get another cashback of Rs.50. You have earned Rs.100 as cashback. As you have spent Rs.99 for Jio Prime membership and earned Rs.100 as cashback, we can assume that we can get Free Prime Membership.
