Have You Received Summer Surprise Offer Confirmation SMS for Your Jio Number?

Jio's summer surprise offer is applicable for all Jio Prime customers who has recharged for Rs.303 and above.

If you have recharged and wondering what's the status of summer surprise offer, it's the right time to confirm.

All the Jio prime members who applied for summer surprise offer started receiving confirmation SMS.

The confirmation SMS contains the information on when the summer surprise offer begins and when you need to recharge your Jio service.

The exact SMS content is:

JIO SUMMER SURPRISE offer is active on your Jio number 7010xxxxxx. You will now get 1GB data/day & unlimited calling (Local+National Roaming) from 16th April onwards. You will only need to recharge in August 2017.

I Did Not Receive The SMS Confirmation. What Should I Do?

First, confirm whether you have done the recharge for prime membership for Rs.99. To confirm your prime membership is active, open your myjio app and log in.

The dashboard will say Prime Member. 

Next, check the recharge amount you have done. Any recharge done for a value less than Rs.303 is not applicable. 

If you have done recharge for 303 and above, You may receive the confirmation SMS soon. Maybe on or before 15th April.

Also ensure that the messaging client on your phone is Jio4GVoice. If you are using the default messaging client, the SMS might not be delivered to you.

Just open the Jio4GVoice App on your phone. If it is not the default SMS client, a notification will show in the top. Tap on it. The Jio4gVoice App wil be used for sending and receiving SMS.

If you still have doubt, use the Jiocare option on your myjio app and contact the Jio Support team. They will be the right person to check and troubleshoot the issues related to it.

I am going to tell you the ways to recharge your Jio number to get a prime membership.

You can avail the prime membership in two ways:

1. From Jio Official Website Online Recharge
2. From MyJio App

Reliance Jio Official Website Online Recharge for Prime Membership

• Visit Official Jio Website 
• Click on "Quick Pay Option" 
• Select "Recharge" from the drop down. If you have postpaid, please select pay the bill. 
• In the bottom of the screen, you will have the option to enter your Jio number.
• Click on the "Jio Prime" and proceed with recharge. If you are already a Jio prime member, the option will not be available. 
• You will be taken to the payment gateway.
• You can use your credit card, debit card, Jio Money App to process the payment.
• Once the recharge is successful, you will get a confirmation SMS.

Reliance Jio MyJio App Online Recharge for Prime Membership

The other option is to recharge from myjio App. Please find the instructions below:

• Open MyJio app on your phone
• Click "Sign in With SIM"
• Click on the Menu at the left side top menu
• Select Jio Prime
• Pay using Jio Money, Credit card, Debit Card and Net banking.
• A payment confirmation will be displayed. 

Note: If you are already a prime member, the dashboard will display as Prime Member. However, you can always recharge for other numbers.

Jio Summer Surprise Offer : Get it Right Now

Jio Summer Surprise Offer was launched on the day of April 1, 2017 (April Fools Day). Reliance Jio Infocomm has said 72 million of its customers have signed up for Jio Prime Membership.

Jio was launched on September 2016 with the welcome offer. The welcome offer offered free services for first 3 months. Later they launched  New Year Offer. This offer extended for another 3 months. Totally it offered 6 months free service. Now, it is the Summer Surprise Offer

The surprise is that reliance jio has extended the jio prime member subscription until April 15, 2017. This includes the plans starting from Rs.303 to all other plans.  

For all the existing prime members, Jio will offer three months free data and call if they recharge for Rs.303 if they do it before April 15, 2017.

The summer surprise offer benefits will be same as your current free offers. As you have done a recharge of 303, the benefits as per the plan will be applied. However, your 303 plan will commence only on July 2017.

• Voice call will be unlimited to all networks. only with in india
• Premium subscription for all jio apps
• Free roaming within India

How to Avail Jio Summer Surprise Offer

 If you have a Jio SIM and not yet availed your prime membership, it is the right time. In order to subscribe to Jio Summer Surprise offer, follow the steps below:

1. Open your Jio Money App. If you don't have one please download it from Google Play store.
2. Load Rs.400 to your Jio money account using a credit or debit card. 
3. Now, do a recharge for Rs.99 and become a prime member.
4. After successful recharge, again perform a recharge for any plan above Rs.303.

Now, you can get jio services free for April, May and June 2017. But, your actual prime membership will count starting from July 2017.

I Have Already Subscribed to 149 Plan. How Can I Avail Summer Surprise Offer?

If you have already availed Rs.149 Plan, just ignore it as of now and recharge for Rs.303. You will get the summer surprise offer. After the end of surprise offer, you will be under Rs.303 plan and later you will get the Rs.149 plan.
